Changes
To make an exchange of a product purchased online or in a physical location, you have 30 calendar days from the moment of purchase. After this time, you will not be able to make changes.
The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging.
The price recognized when making the exchange is the value paid at the time of purchase.
The change can be made as long as the product is available.

If you wish, you can also go to a point of sale to request the change.
To make your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or document number from the buyer.
Only regular price items can be refunded, it does not apply to sale products.
Money refunds are only made for online purchases and the time to respond will be 72 hours from receiving the product.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
Once more than two changes have been made, it will not be possible to make a third.
Gift cards are exempt from any exchange rate.
Guarantee
The warranty for manufacturing defects for costume jewelry is (1) month, silver and bronze (3) months, and laminated gold (1) year.
The company will be responsible for shipping if the product arrives with a manufacturing defect.
It does not cover the natural wear and tear that the product suffers with use, nor damage caused by misuse.
Does not apply to:
- Chain or bracelet breaks
- Breakage or loss of precious stones or crystals due to misuse
- Dent or submission of the product
- Damage caused to the jewelery by contact with: chlorine, alcohol, sweat, salt water, hot water, perfumes or chemicals.
